Are the quotation requests sent to all the member firms?
No! The requests are sent to only those removal companies corresponding to the selected criteria: So as to restrict competition, the client's details will be given to only the first 3 companies that have responded to a specific request.
Can I cancel the contract at any time?
Yes! You can cancel the contract whenever you wish to. All you need to do is to inform us by fax.

What can we do in case of unanswerable requests?
Doublets will not be included in your invoice. This is done automatically. For any other situation, please return the request by email within 2 weeks in the month of reception. We will consider the contested request and will let you know the outcome.
